Scope
This standard stipulates the basic principles, technical requirements, sampling, measurement and verification, result analysis and statistics, fault judgment, test records and reports, etc. of reliability technical design of hydrological instruments. This standard applies to product scientific research design, production, test assessment, acceptance and use of hydrological instruments.
