Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, sampling preparation, sampling methods, sampling records, transportation and storage of aquatic products and their processed products. This standard is applicable to the sampling of samples for production inspection and supervisory inspection of aquatic products and their processed products in the links of breeding, fishing, processing and sales.
