- This standard specifies the classification scope of various canned foods. This standard is applicable to the processing, sorting, trimming, cooking (or uncooking), canning (including tinplate cans, glass jars, composite film bags or other packaging material containers), sealing, sterilization and cooling of qualified raw materials.
