Scope

This standard is applicable to isomerized lactose liquid prepared from lactose as raw material and sodium hydroxide as isomerizing agent. This product is the proliferation factor of bifidus, mainly used in fresh milk, milk powder, biscuits and other foods, and has the functions of helping digestion and absorption of protein and lactose, and producing vitamin B group.
