Scope

This part of GB/T32538 stipulates that agricultural semi-trailers and implements are connected to the rear of the towing vehicle equipped with ISO6489-1 towing hooks or ISO6489-4 pivot connection devices through hitch rings with a 50 mm hole diameter and a 30 mm ring diameter. The dimensions of the connection are required to ensure the interchangeability of the mechanical connection devices of the towed vehicle. This standard applies to hitch rings whose connection point is below the centerline of the tractor's rear axle and power take-off shaft. NOTE: Additional standards for shackle rings connected above the PTO shaft will be developed.
