This standard specifies the hygienic requirements for disinfecting table (drink) utensils. This standard is applicable to the sterilized table (drink) utensils provided by catering service providers, collective meal distribution units, and centralized cleaning and disinfection service units of catering (drink) utensils, and also applies to other sterilized food containers and food production and operation tools and equipment. Table (drink) utensils used directly without cleaning can be implemented by reference.
