Scope

This standard specifies the light distribution performance, test methods and inspection rules of motor vehicle headlamps equipped with filament bulbs, gas discharge light sources or LED modules and emitting symmetrical low beams and/or high beams. This standard is applicable to headlamps equipped with filament bulbs, gas discharge light sources or LED modules and emitting low beams and/or high beams used by L-category motor vehicles.
