Scope

This part of GB/T 18384 specifies the requirements for operational safety and fail-safe protection against hazards specific to electric vehicles to protect the safety of people inside and outside the vehicle. This section applies to electric vehicles whose maximum operating voltage of the on-board drive system is a Class B voltage. Electric motorcycles and electric mopeds can be implemented by reference. This section does not apply to off-road vehicles such as material handling vehicles and forklifts. This section does not apply to the internal combustion engine system of hybrid electric vehicles. This section is not applicable to guide the assembly, maintenance and repair of electric vehicles.
