Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, judgment and inspection rules of retro-reflectors for three-wheeled vehicles and low-speed trucks. This standard applies to Class IA rear retro-reflectors used in three-wheeled vehicles and low-speed trucks (collectively referred to as low-speed vehicles).
