- This standard specifies the performance requirements and test methods for electric horns used in three-wheeled vehicles and low-speed trucks (collectively referred to as low-speed vehicles), and the performance requirements and test methods for electric horns installed on low-speed vehicles. This standard is applicable to the electromagnetic vibrating horns (hereinafter referred to as electric horns) powered by DC power supply for three-wheeled vehicles and low-speed trucks.
