Scope

This part of GB/T 20818 provides: ? Characteristics of industrial process measuring equipment (device type dictionary) for integration in Component Data Dictionary (CDD); and Device Properties column overview structure. The overview structure of OLOP and DLOP contains the most important blocks for process measurement devices. Blocks relevant to specific device types are described in other parts of IEC 61987 (eg IEC 61987-12 Flow Transmitters). Similarly, OLOP and DLOP for blocks and attributes of flow transmitters are not covered in this part of IEC 61987-12.
