- This standard specifies the requirements for vanadium, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation, storage and quality certificates and purchase orders (or contracts). This standard applies to vanadium produced by molten salt electrolytic refining. This product is used as superconducting material, fast neutron reactor structural material and special alloy additive.
