4技术要求 4.1一般要求 4.1.1外观要求 锂电池组外观无变形及裂纹,表面应干燥、平整、无污物、无划痕、无毛刺或其它机械损伤,外露金属部分不应有锈蚀。表面必须有清晰的标识和警示说明。 4.1.2接口要求  锂电池组的输出、输入接口应在锂电池组说明书中明确规定,且外形应端正、规整、无破损和变形。接口处应附有标识,且应符合5.1.1条款关于标识的规定。 4.1.3一致性要求 锂电池组单体电池一致性应符合下列要求: a)锂电池组单体电池100%DOD下完全放电容量差≤5%; b)锂电池组单体电池50%SOC下电压差≤4%; c)锂电池组单体电池50%SOC时5C直流放电内阻:方形电池≤20 mΩ;软包电池≤20 mΩ;圆柱电池≤600 mΩ; d)锂电池组单体电池50%SOC下交流内阻:方形电池≤5 mΩ;软包电池≤5 mΩ;圆柱电池≤100 mΩ; e)锂电池组单体电池100%SOC下电压衰减≤0.2 %/d。  4.2一般试验条件 4.2.1 试验条件及要求      4.2.1.1 环境条件 试验环境应符合下列要求: a) 除另有规定外,试验应在相对湿度≤90%、大气压力86 kPa~106 kPa、温度(25±2)℃的环境下进行; b) 试验场地应具备完善的消防和应急措施; c) 试验人员应配备个人防护用具。 4.2.1.2 试验装置 试验装置应符合下列要求: a) 充放电装置:电压、电流、功率的精确度±0.1%FS; b) 环境模拟装置:温度准确度±1℃,湿度准确度±3%,温度波动度≤2℃,湿度波 动度≤5%; d) 时间测量装置:准确度±0.1 s; e) 质量测量装置:精确度±0.1%FS。

1.1 This classification system covers thermoplastic material s, used as joining material s, for the creation of joints between similar or dissimilar materials, to produce finished product s or parts that are intended to be disassembled and/or reassembled. 1.2 This class of materials enables disconnection of the different parts or layers of a products for refurbishing, repair and full recovery and recycling of the joined materials, for instance at the end of life of the product(s) , enabling the reuse of valuable resources, and hence reducing adverse impact on the environment. 1.3 The properties included in this classification system are those required to identify the materials covered. It is possible that there are other requirements necessary to identify particu lar characteristics important to specialized applications. One way of specifying them is by using the suffixes as given in Section 5. 1.4 This classification system and subse quent line callout (specification) are intended to provide a means of calling out plastic materials used in the fabrication of end items or parts. It is not intended for the selection of materials. Material selection is best made by those having expertise in the plastic field after careful consideration of the design and the performance required of the part , the environment to which it will be exposed, the fabrication process to be employed, the costs involved , and the inherent properties of the material other than those covered by this classification system . 1.5 The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as standard. No other units of measurement are included in this standard. Norn IApplication examples are fully recyclable mattresses and floor coverings.
