本标准设置 6 个章节，具体包括： （1）范围 本标准的定位即是为废旧服务器的再制造提供指导。 服务器再制造可分为硬件恢复、软件更新和数据处理等部分，软件和数据部分涉及到了知识产权，难以统一标准，本标准对这些部分暂不做规定。 从硬件恢复角度，涉及到了企业管理、厂区建设（设备设施、环境环保）、进货、检测、分类、组装、检验、包装等环节，这些内容在本文件的再制造要求部分作了规定。同时还提出了对再制造服务器各主要部件和整机产品要求与检验检测规则，以及再制造服务器的标识标志和包装。 （2）规范性引用文件 本标准主要参考GB/T 9813.3-2017 《计算机通用规范　第3部分：服务器》、GB 4943.1　《信息技术设备　安全　第1部分：通用要求》GB 9254　《信息技术设备的无线电骚扰限值和测量方法》等国内标准的原则和要求。 （3）术语和定义 本标准沿用了GB/T 5271.1-2000、GB/T 5271.11-2000、GB/T 9813.3-2017和GB/T 28619-2012中的“服务器”、“处理器”、“内部存储器”、“弃用件”定义，根据标准需要改写了“服务器再制造”、“可直接使用件”等定义，为使对行业相关名词有统一认识，本标准还给出“主板”、“机械硬盘”、“固态硬盘”、“扩展卡”、“机箱”、“线缆”、“废旧服务器”、“再制造服务器”等相关定义。 （4）再制造要求 该部分包含除试验和标志包装部分外对服务器再制造的各环节的技术要求，包括管理和作业两大部分要求。    1）管理 管理分为管理体系、设备设施和安全环保三部分。    2）作业 本文件暂将作业分为入库、拆解、清洁、分类、装配五个环节。 （5） 再制造产品要求与检验检测 该部分规定了各主要部件的技术要求和检验方法、整机的技术要去和检验方法、以及检验规则。 （6）标识标志和包装 该部分规定了产品出厂应包含的标识标志和信息，基本原则为再制造产品应当对消费者做出明确说明。
