1.1 This practice covers the use of standard regression techniques and data from an interlaboratory study to determine a lower quantitative limit for a test method. This determined lower limit represents the numerical limit at or above which the test results are considered to be quantitatively meaningful for commerce or regulatory activities by this practice. 1.1 This practice describes the techniques for planning, conducting, analyzing, and treating the results of an interlaboratory study (ILS) of a test method. The statistical techniques described in this practice provide adequate information for formulating the precision statement of a test method. 1.2 This practice does not concern itself with the development of test methods but rather with gathering the information needed for a test method precision statement after the development stage has been successfully completed. The data obtained in the interlaboratory study may indicate, however, that further effort is needed to improve the test method. 1.3 Since the primary purpose of this practice is the development of the information needed for a precision statement, the experimental design in this practice may not be optimum for evaluating materials, apparatus, or individual laboratories. 1.4 Field of Application—This practice is concerned exclusively with test methods which yield a single numerical figure as the test result, although the single figure may be the outcome of a calculation from a set of measurements. 1.4.1 This practice does not cover methods in which the measurement is a categorization; however, for many practical purposes categorical outcomes can be scored, such as zero-one scoring for binary measurements or as integers, ranks for example, for well-ordered categories and then the test result can be defined as an average, or other summary statistic, of several individual scores. 1.5 This standard may involve hazardous materials, operations, and equipment. This standard does not purport to address all of the safety concerns, if any, associated with its use. 4 引种原则 4.1 引进的品种不能携带国家或地方公布的植物检疫性以及限定的非检疫性有害生物。 4.2 应充分考虑当地市场需求,引入当地缺少的专用资源或品种。 4.3 因地制宜,引种前详细了解该品种对气候、土壤、温度、湿度、光照等环境因素的适应能力,宜从与本地自然条件相似的地区引进。 4.4 宜同时引进与之配套的种植技术,提高新品种在对环境的适应性、生育期、抗病性等。 5 引种流程 5.1 材料选择与确定 高原萝卜花叶和板叶品种均可选择,以板叶品种为主,种子生产厂家宜选择有高山种子供应业绩的厂家。 5.2 材料的获取 主要包括合法购买、采集、赠送等。 5.3 材料的管理 引种材料应妥善保管,严格管理。 6 引种试验 6.1 试验时间与地点 6.1.1 试验于每年5~10月在理塘县濯桑乡现代农业园区双创中心中进行。 6.1.2 试验地土壤粘土,肥力中等一致,前茬无作物。土壤质地为壤土,0cm~25cm的土壤全氮含量为7.8mg/g,速效磷为38.16mg/g,速效钾为34.3mg/g。 6.1.3 播前10天进行整地,用旋耕机进行翻地30cm、耙平、捡出杂草、石砾,均匀施入肥料。撒施微有机肥400kg/667㎡,氮磷钾三元复合肥(总养分≥45%)30kg/667㎡。 6.2 试验方法 6.2.1 采用单因素随机区组设计,10天一个播种批次,每个品种设置3次重复,小区长10m、宽0.6m,四周设保护行,行距30cm,株距15cm。 6.2.2 播种期从5月1日-8月10日,为确保苗量采取双粒播种,出苗后间苗1次,每穴定苗1株,幼苗生长期间中耕除草1次,其他管理措施同常规品种。 6.3 引种调查与记录 6.3.1 生育期 萝卜生长过程中记录萝卜的播种期,调查出苗期、展叶期、露白期、膨大期、采收期、生育周期。 调查表见附表1。 6.3.2 生物学性状 调查萝卜膨大期的株高、开展度、叶长、叶宽、叶片数、叶脉色、叶形,到达采收期调查萝卜的根形、根长、横径、根形指数、根皮色、单重,并统计抽薹率。调查表见附表2。 6.3.3 抗病性 对新引入品种进行软腐病、黑腐病等的抗病性调查,调查表见附表3。 6.3.4 产量 采收后,比较不同品种萝卜的产量,调查表见附表4。 6.3.5 品质与商品性 对萝卜进行品质鉴定,鉴定内容见附表5。 7 引种评价 7.1 适应性评价 7.1.1 引进品种是否适应当地生境条件;是否适应当地管理水平 7.1.2 引进品种能否完成生长发育周期。 7.1.3 引进品种抵御病虫害及杂草危害的能力。 7.2 特征指标评价 优质适宜萝卜品种具有的特征应符合以下要求。 a) 外观:个大、表皮光滑、皮白肉白、无青头、长度30cm左右; b) 口感:多汁、甜、没有辛辣味; c) 长势:长势良好、均匀度好、采收期一致、耐抽薹、耐裂。 8 建立技术档案 技术资料应及时建档并归档,记录内容包括生育期记录、生物学性状比较、产量比较、抗病性比较、商品性状比较、新品种总结等记录资料。
