    由于电子科技迅猛发展,尤其智能电气产品发展更快,新产品不断推出,如我市电气行业一些企业正在生产的精密配电柜就是一款新型配电柜,它是集智能、远程监测及通讯功能等多功能于一体的新型配电柜。而目前的国家标准或行业标准的相关要求及其相关内容未能涵盖该型配电柜的功能要求。 为了使生产该高科技型精密配电柜的生产制造质量更加可靠稳定以满足日益提高的客户要求,以及使生产和产品规范化、标准化、正规化。大连市电气质量技术协会与大连经济技术开发区宏图机电技术工程有限公司牵头,组织多家会员单位研究制定“大连市电气行业团体标准《精密配电柜》。 本标准的技术特点,是经过实践和较深入的研究后形成的:  (一) 标准范围      《精密配电柜》涉及生产制造精密配电柜的各个企业,用于交直流配电列柜,针对配电链末端设计的,能够综合采集所有能源数据的智能系统,为交直流电源配电柜提供精确电参量信息,并可通过通讯数据上传到动环监控系统,以实现对整个数据机房的实时监控和有效管理,为实现全方位绿色IDC提供可靠保证的精密配电柜。 (二)构成原则                              1.适用性:适用于交直流配电列柜。  2.前瞻性:跟踪社会发展、科技进步,适度前瞻;  3.相关性:标准体系内各个标准之间是相关的,体现标准体系框架的整体性、完整性;  4.开放性:标准体系是开放的,适应社会发展、科技进步;  5.普适性:标准体系具有一般意义的普遍适用规则。         本标准的制定符合企业生产需求,使生产精密配电柜的生产制造质量更加可靠稳定,使生产和产品规范化、标准化、正规化,具有较强的可操作性。本标准的实施希望可以引领我市成套配电设备向高端发展,使行业企业在市场竞争力更强,企业的经济效益会更加提高。

IEC 63119-1:2019 establishes a basis for the other parts of IEC 63119, specifying the terms and definitions, general description of the system model, classification, information exchange and security mechanisms for roaming between EV charge service providers (CSP), charging station operators (CSOs) and clearing house platforms through roaming endpoints. It provides an overview and describes the general requirements of the EV roaming service system. IEC 63119 (all parts) is applicable to high-level communication involved in information exchange/interaction between different CSPs, as well as between a CSP and a CSO with or without a clearing house platform through the roaming endpoint. IEC 63119 (all parts) does not specify the information exchange, either between the charging station (CS) and the charging station operator (CSO), or between the EV and the CS.

IEC 62026-1:2019 is available as IEC 62026-1:2019 RLV which contains the International Standard and its Redline version, showing all changes of the technical content compared to the previous edition.IEC 62026-1:2019 applies to interfaces between low-voltage switchgear, controlgear, and controllers (e.g. programmable controllers, personal computers, etc.). This document does not apply to higher level industrial communication networks that have become known as fieldbuses and are considered by IEC subcommittee 65C. This third edition cancels and replaces the second edition published in 2007. This edition constitutes a technical revision. This edition includes the following significant technical changes with respect to the previous edition: a) additional requirements for safety information and instructions, including the measures to be taken, if any, for achieving EMC compliance; b) EMC immunity requirements aligned with current IEC 61000-6 series of standards. Radiated radio-frequency electromagnetic fields test level increased to 6 GHz; c) EMC emissions requirements aligned with current CISPR 11 publication.
