What is ISO 14229 ‑ 8 about?    ISO 14229 ‑ 8 is part eight of the multi-series standard that specifies the implementation of a common set of unified diagnostic services (UDS) on clock extension peripheral interface networks in road vehicles. The UDSonCXPI diagnostics defines methods to implement diagnostic data transfer between a client and the CXPI slave nodes via the CXPI master node.   ISO 14229 ‑ 8 specifies support of three different diagnostic classes for CXPI slave nodes.

This document specifies the implementation of a common set of unified diagnostic services (UDS) on clock extension peripheral interface networks in road vehicles. The UDSonCXPI diagnostics defines methods to implement diagnostic data transfer between a client and the CXPI slave nodes via the CXPI master node. This document specifies support of three different diagnostic classes for CXPI slave nodes. This document references ISO 14229-1 and ISO 14229-2 and specifies implementation requirements of the UDSonCXPI communication protocol for mainly HMI (Human Machine Interface), but not limited to, electric/electronic systems of road vehicles. UDSonCXPI defines how to implement the diagnostic data transfer between a client and CXPI slave nodes via CXPI master node. NOTE UDSonCXPI does not specify any requirement for the in-vehicle CXPI bus architecture. This document refers to information contained in ISO 14229-1, ISO 14229-2 and ISO 20794 (all parts). This document does not include any redundant information of the above-mentioned documents. It focuses on — additional requirements specific to the implementation of UDSonCXPI network, and — specific restrictions in the implementation of UDSonCXPI network.

This document specifies data link independent requirements of diagnostic services, which allow a diagnostic tester (client) to control diagnostic functions in an on-vehicle electronic control unit (ECU, server) such as an electronic fuel injection, automatic gearbox, anti-lock braking system, etc. connected to a serial data link embedded in a road vehicle. It specifies generic services, which allow the diagnostic tester (client) to stop or to resume non- diagnostic message transmission on the data link. This document does not apply to non-diagnostic message transmission on the vehicle's communication data link between two electronic control units. However, this document does not restrict an in-vehicle on-board tester (client) implementation in an ECU in order to utilize the diagnostic services on the vehicle's communication data link to perform bidirectional diagnostic data exchange. This document does not specify any implementation requirements.

1 术语及定义 下列术语和定义适用于本文件。    1.1 动力电机 为车辆行驶提供驱动力的电机。    1.2 电机控制器 控制动力电源与电机之间能量传输的装置,由控制信号接口电路、电机控制电路和驱动电路组成。    1.3 动力电机系统 由动力电机、电机控制器及其他工作必需的辅助装置组成。    1.4 新能源汽车实训系统 在正常运行的新能源汽车部件上,通过增加适合于教学需求的数据采集和处理系统、故障设置系统、 教学演示系统等,实现对新能源汽车各个部件的构造、工作原理以及工作过程的展示,并能完成新能源 汽车的常规检测、故障诊断与排除,实训试验的教学系统。 2 结构构成      新能源汽车动力电机实训台主要由原车仪表、动力电机系统、考核系统(故障设置、排除及恢复与 历史记录查询等)、控制面板、移动台架等构成。 3 产品型号    型号表示方法: XXX-XXX-S-XXX  第一部分表示设备生产厂家的名称缩写(由2-4位字母组成)、第二部分表示原车品牌缩写(由2-4位字母组成)、第三部分表示实训台的名称的缩写、第四部分表示厂家自定义的编号,由3位数字组成。示例: TY-BQ-S-001 表示由陕西天益教育科技有限公司采用北京汽车工业控股有限责任公司生产的汽车 动力电机进行设计制造的动力电机实训台,动力电机实训台编号为001。  4 技术要求    4.1 总体要求      4.1.1 采用的动力电机总成及其他附件应符合原车技术要求。      4.1.2 工作电源宜为离子锂电池组。   4.2 外观     4.2.1 螺栓和螺母应连接牢固且经过表面处理。      4.2.2 分条连接处应紧密牢固,焊接点应平整。     4.2.3 实训台面板应采用 5mm 厚耐腐蚀、耐创击、耐污染、防火、防潮的铝塑板,表面经特殊工艺喷 涂处理。   4.3 结构      4.3.1 实训台应在新能源汽车动力电机系统上进行设计开发,且按照原车动力电机系统的安装结构, 将电机总成及其附件安装在机架上。     4.3.2 控制面板应有电动汽车仪表、测量端子、彩色电路原理图。      4.3.3 实训台底应有锁止装置的万向脚轮,脚轮的承载力应大于轮上重量的 2 倍。    4.4 功能      4.4.1 应能实现同原车动力电机系统相同的运行状态。     4.4.2 应能展示动力电机系统的外观构成。      4.4.3 实训台配有的电子油门控制装置,可实现加速、减速、换挡、倒车等工况的操作。     4.4.4 应能显示动力传递过程、车速、电压、温度、电控系统故障指示灯等参数变化。      4.4.5 应能直接在面板上量测显示各控制单元管脚的电信号,如电压、频率信号灯等。      6.4.6 应能运行动力电机的考核系统。    4.5 安全      4.5.1 对地绝缘电阻应大于 0.5MΩ。     4.5.2 电气部分应符合 GB 4793.1-2007 的有关要求。      4.5.3 高温、高压、旋转件等部位应设有安全防护措施,应在明显位置配有安全警示标志。      4.5.4 所选导线应不低于原车标准。 5 检验方法    5.1 检查原材料和原车系统的合格证,验证其是否符合 4.1 和 4.5.4 的要求。    5.2 采用目测的方法,检验螺栓、螺母和分条和实训台的表面平整情况。    5.3 将实训台向前、向后、向左、向右及环向进行较快移动,各方向移动距离均大于 10M 然后锁定设 备,检查实训台各部件的稳定性、牢固性和万向轮的锁止情况。    5.4 目测检查实训台电机系统和控制面板。    5.5 功能试验通过连续运行 5 次系统进行,前 4 次连续 2 天,上、下午各 1 次,最后 1 次在出厂前 3 天进行,每次 4 小时。试验过程中应有专人进行数据监测,并每 2 个小时进行数据对比。步骤如下:     a) 开机,检查故障灯是否全部熄灭;      b) 对面板上的所有端子进行量测,确定动力电机系统有同原车相同工况的运行状态,无数据异常;      c) 对电动汽车仪表进行测量,确定其可实时显示动力传递过程、车速、电压、温度和电控系统故 障指示灯等参数变化且数据正常;      d) 进行启动、怠速和加减速,确定其响应性好且运行稳定;      e) 运行动力电机系统的全部考核项目,确定其结果稳定有效。   5.6 用兆欧表测试对地绝缘电阻。    5.7 电气部分安全试验按照 GB 4793.1-2007 中规定的方法进行。   5.8 应对高温、高压、旋转件等部位进行目测,确定设有安全防护措施与安全警示标示。  6 检验规则    6.1 出厂检验 每台实训台出厂前应进行出厂检验,检验项目为6.4,检验方法按照7.5进行。    6.2 型式检验      6.2.1 凡遇到下列情况之一的应该进行型式检验: a) 试制的新产品; b) 产品结构、材料、工艺有重大改变; c) 停产时间超过一年又重新生成时。      6.2.2 产品型式检验,应按照 7 中所有要求的内容全部检验。    6.3 判断规则 检验中所有项目合格,判定为合格;若检验项目中有一项不合格,判定为不合格。 7 包装、运输、标识、贮存   7.1 包装     7.1.1 长途运输先采用塑料薄膜打包缠绕膜将实训台全方位缠绕至少 2 层以上,然后将实训台置于木 质托盘上,最后使用木板或木条包裹实训台其余面。实训台包角应采用缓冲棉保护。     7.1.2 短途运输采用 PE 打包缠绕膜将实训台全方位缠绕至少 2 层以上,设备包角采用缓冲棉保护。      7.1.3 随机文件应包括: a) 产品说明书; b) 合格证; c) 装箱单。    7.2 运输 产品在运输过程前,需将万向轮锁死,用布条或者呢绒绳将设备受力部位与运输车辆箱体固定牢靠。 产品运输时,严禁抛掷、倒置、剧烈运动和雨淋。    7.3 标识 产品标牌宜安装在控制面板右侧,除符合GB/T 13306-2011有关规定外,还应包含下列内容:     a) 产品名称;      b) 产品型号;      c) 生产厂家;      d) 出厂日期;      e) 质检员;      f) 公司地址;      g) 公司网址;      h) 联系电话。    7.4 贮存 贮存中应符合JY 0001-2003中12.2的相关规定。

This document specifies the requirements for secured and unsecured diagnostic communication between client DoIP entity and server(s) installed in the vehicle using Internet protocol (IP) as well as the transmission control protocol (TCP) and user datagram protocol (UDP).
