7 数据获取 农药产品生产企业在进行碳足迹评价数据收集时,要根据实际情况按标准对GHG排放和清除核算、生命周期各阶段的数据收集规则、质量要求、分配原则、取舍准则的要求收集,以提高本文件的可操作性。 7.1数据质量要求  数据质量要求应符合国家相关规定,数据收集类目可参考附录D。农药产品碳足迹评价过程中使用的数据应满足以下要求: 完整性:应涵盖对评价农药产品系统有实质性贡献的所有GHG的排放与清除; 代表性:使用对评价农药产品而言具有时间、地理及技术针对性的数据; 准确性:避免非必要偏差和导致不确定度增加的任何操作; 延续性:数据在时间上具备延续性,使用最近至少一年的数据,不足一年取全部。 优先使用初级数据,若无法获取初级数据,可使用次级数据,并进行书面记录,解释数据来源和使用理由。 7.2数据抽样  1)若某单元过程输入的同一数据来自多个源头,宜选择具有代表性、权威性和保守性的数据样本进行GHG排放与清除数据的核算。抽样数据应满足7.1规定的数据质量要求。 2)若单一原材料来自多个供应商时,宜收集所有供应商的初级数据。若收集所有初级数据存在困难,则宜收集供应原材料数量50%以上的或具有代表性供应商的初级数据,其加权平均值可作为无法取得数据的供应商的次级数据。 3)若产品运输路线不止一条,宜收集所有路线的初级数据。若收集所有初级数据存在困难,则宜收集销售量占总销售量50%以上的或具有代表性的主要销售点的运输路线,其加权平均值可作为无法取得数据的路线的次级数据。 7.3数据收集要求  在确定农药产品碳足迹评价过程中活动水平数据、排放因子所使用的初级活动水平数据还是次级数据时,对不同活动水平和排放因子要求不同,详见附录附录E。 7.4分配原则 若所评价农药产品的生产系统不是单一的产品系统,有共生产品的产出,则其GHG的排放量必须进行分配,分配程序及分配方法遵循如下原则: (1)GHG分配应根据GB/T 24040—2008 及 GB/T 24044—2008 中规定的分配程序。 (2)对包含多个产品或循环体系的系统,宜避免分配。若分配无法避免,考虑以下方面: a.优先使用物理关系进行分配; b.若无法建立物理关系,宜根据经济价值或其它关系进行分配,且应提供所使用分配关系的依据及计算说明。 注:物理关系包括数量、质量、工时等有明显关联关系。 7.5取舍原则 7.5.1 基本要求 不应将对农药产品碳足迹有实质性贡献的GHG排放与清除排除在外。应量化至少95%与功能单位相关的生命周期内预计会产生的GHG排放与清除量,即GHG排放或清除量小于所评价产品GHG总排放或清除量估测值1%的可予以舍去,但累计不应超过5%。 7.5.2 毒害物质 农药产品生产过程中涉及较多的有毒有害物质,取舍准则不适用于这类物质,农药产品碳足迹评价应包含所有有毒有害的材料和物质。 7.5.3 记录保留 在农药产品碳足迹评价过程中舍去的GHG排放与清除应有书面记录。所选择的取舍准则对评价结果产生的影响应在评价报告中做出解释。

5.1 This practice determines potentially effective microbicides for use in cooling water systems using cooling water and deposits/biofilm obtained from the field. The addition of deposits/biofilms addresses the need to include the major source of microorganisms in cooling water systems. Even with this addition, laboratory results may not be totally predictive of microbicidal effectiveness in the field. This is because conditions in the field affecting microbicide effectiveness are difficult to mimic in the laboratory. These conditions that affect microbicide efficacy include blow-down rate, addition of makeup water, water hardness, hydrocarbon leaks, pH, sediment loading, dissolved solids, microbes in slime (biofilms), and deposits (salts, iron minerals, organics, and so forth) on surfaces. An additional factor is the difficulty in enumerating all microbes in the water due to the lack of adequate recovery media.
