4  设施与设备 4.1  场地要求 物流中心的选址、设计、布局、建造等应当符合药品储存配送的要求，防止药品的污染、交叉污染、混淆和差错，且物流中心产权为企业自有。 4.2  仓储要求 4.2.1  仓储面积 物流中心套内面积不得少于20000平方米，其中自动立体库房或高位货架库房套内面积不得少于3000平方米。 4.2.2  仓储条件 企业仓储设施的条件应当满足药品的合理、安全储存，并达到以下要求： a）库房内外环境整洁、无污染源，库区地面硬化或者绿化； b）库房内墙、顶光洁，地面平整示、确认功能，货位自动分配、自动识别、自动寻址功能； c）具有药品出库复核条码扫描功能，对药品按订单、批号进行核对核查。 4.2.4.3  温湿度监控设备 企业库房应当配备环境指标符合国家标准的中央空调系统等有效调控库房温湿度及有效进行库房室内外空气交换的设备。企业库房、冷藏冷冻药品运输设备应当配备温湿度自动监测系统，具有24小时自动监测、显示、记录以及异常情况自动报警功能，并支持与药品监督管理部门联网管理。温湿度自动监测系统应当符合GSP附录的要求。 4.2.4.4仓储其他设施 企业仓储库房应收需要进行计算机系统论证验收； d）信息系统需采用双机热备技术；物流管理信息系统需要与ERP、WCS、TMS等业务及控制系统服务器分开；企业自有服务器应放在企业中央机房或物流中心中央机房中。对于数据库存储服务器必须采用不间断电源（UPS）在紧急情况下持续供电2小时以上； e）物流中心网络分层：整个物流中心局域网防火墙分割需要分为业务外网层、管理层、控制设备层。 5.3  功能要求 医药物流系统业务要求能覆盖委托方、己方药品的储存、配送全过程的质量控制，安全管理、信息跟踪记录存储、基本功能包括但不仅
