沥青混合料在生产、施工过程中所排放的挥发气体,主要来源于沥青在加热过程中挥发的气体,包括各种气态污染物氮氧化物(NOX)、二氧化硫(SO2)、硫化氢(H2S)等、挥发性有机物VOCS和其它可挥发的气体等。目前,沥青挥发气体排放的采集,主要有现场采集和气袋采集两种,现场采集主要用于实时在线检测,会受到气候条件变化等一些不可控因素的影响,采集与检测过程无法精确控制气体温度,无法满足不同检测仪器检测值之间换算的需求,且无法保证通过在线检测的实时过程曲线经计算得到的平均浓度值与离线检测的气袋采集法检测到的浓度值(即平均浓度值)之间的检测误差在可接受范围内。本文件目的在于提供一种用于评价沥青挥发气体浓度平均值和浓度过程曲线的采集方法。它能够控制检测气体温度和流速,可连接气袋收集气体进行离线检测也可以直接连接检测仪实时检测,并且直接检测法与离线检测法检测气体浓度得到的平均值能够在一定的误差范围内相互验证。在国家大力倡导环境保护、绿色低排的背景下,建立准确可控的沥青气体排放检测方法对推动沥青减排技术的推广和应用具有重要意义。

1.1  This test method covers the procedures for preparation, testing, and measurement of asphalt mixture cracking resistance at intermediate temperatures using semi-circular bend (SCB) geometry of laboratory-prepared or pavement core asphalt mixture samples tested monotonically. The SCB sample is a half-disk with a notch cut aligned vertically in parallel with the testing loading. The test method describes the determination of the critical strain energy release rate parameter, Jc , and other parameters determined from the load-displacement curve. These parameters can be used to rank the resistance of asphalt mixtures to cracking. 1.2  The text of this standard references notes and footnotes which provide explanatory material. 1   Scope This document specifies a method for the recovery of soluble bitumen from bituminous mixtures used in road, airfield or similar pavements in a form suitable for further testing. The method is applicable for the recovery of paving grade bitumen and is the reference method for recovery of soluble bitumen from bituminous mixtures containing volatile matter such as cut-back bitumen. The method is not applicable for recovery of polymer-modified bitumen. NOTE EN 12697‑3 is the reference method for the recovery of paving grade bitumen and polymer-modified bitumen.
