本文件的主要技术内容： 1、分类和命名； 命名由本文件号和特征项目组构成，特征项目组分成包括下列信息的4个字符组： 字符组1：树脂/材料代号；字符组2：添加剂及附加说明；字符组3：特征性能；字符组4：附加信息。 字符组之间用“，”隔开。如果某个字符组没有应用，应由双逗号（，，）分隔。 聚丙烯熔喷材料主要包括聚丙烯熔喷料（compound）和熔喷布（fiber），分别表示为PP（mbc）、PP（mbf）。 对于PP（mbc），特征性能为熔体质量流动速率。 对于PP（mbf），特征性能为纤维尺寸，采用不同的纤维直径进行分类。 2、技术要求： 明确熔喷料的限用物质及其他性能应满足的要求；明确熔喷布的限用物质、定型产品要求及应用应满足的要求。 对于熔喷布，以下列出部分可能应用的场合应满足的要求： a） 手术防护：应满足GB/T 38014—2019的要求； b） 医用防护口罩：应满足GB 19083—2010的要求； c） 自吸过滤式防颗粒物呼吸器：应满足GB 2626—2019的要求； d） 儿童口罩：应满足GB/T 38880—2020的要求； e） 日常防护口罩：应满足GB/T 32610—2016的要求； f） 一次性使用卫生用品：应满足GB 15979—2002的要求。 3、测试方法： 对试样的状态调节和试验的标准环境、限用物质、熔体质量流动速率（MFR）、纤维直径、试验结果的判定做出规定。 4、检验规则： 对检验分类与检验项目、组批规则与抽样方案、结果判定和复验规则做出规定。 5、标志、包装、运输和贮存： 对标志内容、产品包装材料、产品运输、贮存做出规定。
