试样用硝酸及盐酸溶解，加盐酸赶除硝酸，用溴酸钠氧化，在碳酸氢钠（pH8）溶液中，钯、铑呈水合氧化物形式沉淀，铂却留在溶液中。滤出沉淀溶于盐酸中，再重复溴酸钠氧化沉淀一次，使钯、铑与铂完全分离。再将钯、铑的沉淀溶于盐酸中，在约3％盐酸溶液中，加丁二肟乙醇溶液沉淀钯，过滤与铑分离，用烘干丁二肟钯的沉淀的重量法测定钯量。滤液中的铑量，用氯化亚锡分光光度法测定之。 本方法适用于分析铂钯铑合金中4％钯及3.5％铑。
