本规则规定了在电网电压下正常工作的、以地面、有线、卫星或其他模拟、数字信号接收、解调及显示为主要功能的液晶电视和等离子电视(以下简称“平板电视”),包括主要功能为电视的不具备调谐器但作为电视产品流通的显示设备的能源效率标识计量要求、计量检测程序、计量检测方法、计量检测结果评定准则和检测报告等内容。本规则适用于平板电视能源效率标识计量监督检测,委托检测可参考本规则进行。生产和销售平板电视产品的单位亦可参照本规则进行检测。接受检测的平板电视应是生产者自检合格的产品,或者是销售者进口、销售的商品。
