一、采购技术要求 采购技术要求应作为采购方的质量控制和验收的依据。采购过程中，采购方应选择公开发行的原材料及产品的标准作为采购技术要求。当采购方需要的技术要求高于标准或标准中未涉及时，采购方应制定特殊技术要求。当供应方提供的技术要求高于采购方特殊要求和相关标准并被采购方认可的，应按供应方的技术要求进行质量控制和验收。采购技术要求可以以招标文件、合同、双方确认的文件、供应方投标文件等方式进行确认。 二、质量控制 （1）原材料的质量控制。采购方在确定需要的产品后，应首先对原材料产品进行质量控制。应向供应方索取原材料产品的检验报告，并对需要重点控制的产品进行抽样检验。当抽样检验符合采购技术要求时，方可进行生产。否则更换原材料直至符合采购技术要求。当采购数量较大时，应对每批次原材料产品进行抽样检验。 （2）生产过程中的质量控制。在生产过程中，应对过程工艺中涉及的技术要求进行检验。如木制家具的理化性能等。采用抽样检验的方式，在供应方生产现场抽取检验样品。当抽样检验符合采购技术要求时，方可继续进行生产。否则将改进生产工艺直至符合采购技术要求。 （3）成品的质量控制。在产品安装完毕后，需要对成品进行质量控制。方式为在成品组装后的现场，对成品进行抽样检验。抽样产品可选取桌几类、柜架类、椅类、床类等各一件进行检验。也可按照批次对不同产品进行检验。因成品检验需要对产品进行破坏，供应方应对检验的样品进行补齐。 三、验收 成品检验合格后，应进行验收。验收由采购方代表、技术专家及供应方代表组成。验收材料分别由采购方及供应方提供。采购方提供的材料包含：合格的原材料质量控制检验报告；合格的过程质量控制检验报告；合格的成品质量控制检验报告；采购方认为有必要提供的其他材料。供应方提供的材料应包含：原材料检验记录及入库验收记录；生产过程检验记录；出厂检验记录；供应方认为有必要提供的其他材料。

　试验方法 　1、膏化度 　原理：橡胶粒子相对密度比水相乳清的相对密度小，部分有脱水凝胶倾向的橡胶粒子在乳胶静置过程中，上浮到乳液表面堆积形成牙膏状半凝胶。 步骤：用250 mL烧杯称取150 g经过不锈钢丝网过滤的天然乳胶样品，倒入100 mL具塞量筒至100 mL刻度线，塞紧塞子，在（25±1）℃环境下静置4 h后，由上至下观察天然乳胶膏化体积，并记录。   2、粘度 原理：通过旋转式粘度计转子与流体之间产生的剪切和阻力关系得出粘度值。 步骤：使用不锈钢丝网过滤天然乳胶样品，用1.6 %的氨水，将乳胶固含量调整至55 %，称取该乳胶样品300 g到300 mL立式烧杯中，采用水浴方式将天然乳胶样品温度调节到25 ℃，静置2小时，待汽泡消除后进行测定。先将1号转子逆向旋入粘度计输出轴，然后再将转子保护架逆向旋入仪器下端头，并将转子置于乳胶样品中心，旋钮升降使转子慢慢浸于被测样品中，直至转子液面标志（转子杆上的凹槽）和样品液面成同一平面。然后开启粘度计，转速60转/分钟,进行测试，读数稳定后，进行记录，平行测定两次。 如两次误差超过3 mpa.s，则重新测定，取两次平均值作为粘度值。
