Diese Internationale Norm legt ein Verfahren zur Berechnung der Wasserdampf-Diffusionsstromdichte in Dammsystemen fur Kalteleitungen und der durch die Dammung uber die Zeit aufgenommenen Wassermenge fest. Bei diesem Berechnungsverfahren wird davon ausgegangen, dass die Absorption von Wasserdampf durch das Dammsystem nur durch Diffusion ohne Mitwirkung einer Luftstromung erfolgt. Ferner wird davon ausgegangen, dass homogene isotrope Dammstoffe verwendet werden, so dass der Wasserdampfteildruck an allen Punkten, die von der Rohrachse einen gleichen Abstand haben, konstant ist. Die Norm gilt fur Rohre im Inneren von Gebauden sowie im Freien, wenn die Temperatur des im Rohr befindlichen Mediums uber 0 °C liegt
