BTTAA是新时代的水溶性加速配体,用于铜催化的叠氮-炔烃环加成反应(CuAAC),与前几代配体(例如THPTATBTA)相比,它提供了更大的反应速率增强。更重要的是,它最小化了对被探测的细胞或生物体生理状态的干扰,并且通过进一步降低催化剂配方中的铜含量,允许进行有效的生物偶联,同时抑制了细胞的细胞毒性。
