This part of ISO 18436 specifies the requirements for qualification and assessment of personnel who perform machinery condition monitoring and diagnostics using acoustic emission. A certificate or declaration of conformity to this part of ISO 18436 will provide recognition of the qualifications and competence of individuals to perform acoustic emission measurements and analysis for machinery condition monitoring using acoustic emission equipment. This procedure may not apply to specialized equipment or other specific situations. This part of ISO 18436 specifies a three-category classification programme that is based on the technical areas delineated herein.

Diese Internationale Norm legt Anforderungen und Anleitungen fur eine inharent sichere Konstruktion, Schutzmasnahmen und die Benutzerinformation zur Anwendung von personlichen Assistenzrobotern fest, insbesondere im Hinblick auf die folgenden drei Arten von personlichen Assistenzrobotern: mobiler Roboterassistent; bewegungsunterstutzender Roboter; Personenbeforderungsroboter. Diese Roboter fuhren gewohnlich Aufgaben aus, die die Lebensqualitat der vorgesehenen Benutzer unabhangig von deren Alter oder Fahigkeiten verbessern. In dieser Internationalen Norm sind Gefahrdungen beschrieben, die mit der Anwendung dieser Roboter verbunden sind, sowie Anforderungen dahingehend enthalten, wie die mit diesen Gefahrdungen zusammenhangenden Risiken beseitigt oder auf ein annehmbares Niveau verringert werden konnen. Diese Internationale Norm deckt Anwendungen ab, die den physischen Kontakt zwischen Mensch und Roboter vorsehen. Diese Internationale Norm stellt signifikante Gefahrdungen vor und beschreibt, wie mit diesen Gefahrdungen bei jedem der personlichen Assistenzrobotertypen umzugehen ist. Diese Internationale Norm deckt auch Robotikgerate ab, die in personlichen Assistenzanwendungen eingesetzt werden; diese werden wie personliche Assistenzroboter behandelt. Diese Internationale Norm beschrankt sich auf erdgebundene Roboter. Diese Internationale Norm gilt nicht fur: Roboter, die sich mit mehr als 20 km/h fortbewegen; Spielzeugroboter; Wassergebundene Roboter und Flugroboter; Industrieroboter, abgedeckt durch ISO 10218; Roboter als medizinische Gerate; Roboter fur militarische Anwendungen oder zur Ausubung der offentlichen Gewalt. ANMERKUNG Die in dieser Internationalen Norm festgelegten Sicherheitsgrundsatze konnen fur die vorstehend aufgefuhrten Roboter ebenfalls nutzlich sein. Der Anwendungsbereich dieser Internationalen Norm beschrankt sich vorwiegend auf Gefahrdungen im Zusammenhang mit der Unterstutzung von Personen, erstreckt sich jedoch gegebenenfalls auch auf Haus- u
