This International Standard provides general principles for the verification and assessment of the performance of concrete structures with the applications of different FRP systems varying from internal FRP reinforcements/tendons, external FRP tendons, externally bonded FRP sheets/plates, to near-surface mounted FRP reinforcement. It can be used for the international harmonization of the design of un-reinforced, conventionally reinforced, and pre-stressed concrete structures with the use of the above-mentioned FRP systems.

1.0.1 为适应混凝土面板堆石坝建设发展的需要,规范混凝土面板堆石坝的设计,使其达到安全适用、经济合理、技术先进和保证质量,制定本标准。1.0.2 本标准主要适用于水利水电工程中1级、2级、3级坝及3级以下的高坝设计;4级、5级中、低坝的设计可参照使用;对于200m以上高坝及特别重要的和复杂的工程,应进行专门研究。1.0.3 混凝土面板堆石坝的级别,应根据《防洪标准》(GB 50201)及《水利水电工程等级划分及设计标准》(SL 252)中的有关规定确定。1.0.4 混凝土面板堆石坝高、中、低坝的高度范围根据《碾压式土石坝设计规范》(SL 274)的规定划分。1.0.5 混凝土面板堆石坝属于土石坝范畴,对于本标准未作规定的问题,应按SL 274的规定执行。1.0.7 混凝土面板堆石坝的设计除应符合本标准外,尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。

5.1 This practice is intended to standardize the minimum structural design loading for underground precast concrete utility structures. 5.2 The user shall verify the anticipated field conditions and requirements with design loads greater than those specified in this standard. 1.1 This practice describes the minimum live loads and dead loads to be applied when designing monolithic or sectional precast concrete utility structures. This International Standard specifies principles and recommends procedures for the verification of the durability of concrete structures subject to: — known or foreseeable environmental actions causing material deterioration ultimately leading to failure of performance; — material deterioration without aggressiveness from the external environment of the structure, termed selfageing. NOTE The inclusion of, for example, chlorides in the concrete mix might cause deterioration over time without the ingress of additional chlorides from the environment. This International Standard is intended for use by national standardization bodies when establishing or validating their requirements for durability of concrete structures. It may also be applied: — for the assessment of remaining service life of existing structures; and — for the design of service life of new structures provided quantified parameters on levels of reliability and design parameters are given in a national annex to this International Standard. Fatigue failure due to cyclic stress is not within the scope of this International Standard.
