   BTX特殊电极的应用

  此次只将贴壁转染、活体等进行总结,对于大规模的转基因的应用,由于BTX公司有新的发展,故此次未将其列入,待下次完善后补充。

  1、 Adherent Cell Transfections (ACT)贴壁细胞转染

  • In-situ electroporation of cells in the dish or on a slide.

   在培养皿或玻片上细胞的原位电穿孔

  • Applicable to primary cells (HUVEC, primary Neurons, etc.) and other adherent cell lines.

   用于原代细胞(人脐静脉内皮细胞,原代神经细胞等)和其他贴壁细胞系

  Benefits of ACT 贴壁细胞转染优点

  • Increases cell viability 增加细胞活性

  • Decreases cell loss减少细胞损失

  • Increases efficiency增加效率

  • Minimizes experimental error将实验失败降至最低

  2、 In-Vivo Gene Delivery (IVGD)活体转基因

  Delivery of DNA directly into tissues of live animals using electroporation. Facilitates studies in gene therapy, DNA vaccination, cancer therapy, transdermal drug/gene delivery, etc.

  使用电穿孔方法直接将DNA转入活的动物组织,有利于基因治疗、DNA疫苗、肿瘤治疗等的研究

  3、 In Ovo Gene Delivery 卵的转基因

  Electroporation in ovo gene delivery requires the use of genetrodes to deliver electrical pulses into developing chick embryos. The avian system is classically used to investigate questions of vertebrate development. Information gained on chick embryogenesis and fate of cells over time after genetic alteration is very valuable.

  电穿孔用于卵的转基因需要使用genetrodes来向发育中的鸡胚传递电脉冲。这个鸟的系统是用来研究脊椎动物的经典模型。在鸡胚发生和转基因发生后的结果是非常有价值的

  4、 New Applications新的应用

  • In Vitro Embryo Gene Delivery (IVEGD) or In Utero Embryo Gene Delivery (IUEGD) -i.e. Mouse embryos

   体外胚胎转基因或者子宫胚胎转基因—如老鼠的胚胎

  • Organotypic culture electroporation (ie. Brain slices)

   器官培养电穿孔(如脑片)

  • Intact Plant Gene Delivery (IPGD) : using Tweezertrode, Caliper Electrodes or 2 Needle Arrays to deliver molecules into intact plant tissues. No need to digest cell wall. Efficient method for transgenic plant generation.

   完整植物转基因:使用Tweezertrode, Caliper Electrodes or 2 Needle Arrays 电极将分子转入完整植物组织。无需将细胞壁消化。是产生转基因植物的有效方法
