山柰的化学成分
根茎含挥发油，其主要成分是对-甲氧基桂皮酸乙酯(ethyl-p-methoxycinnamate)，顺式及反式桂皮酸乙酯(ethyl cinnamate)，顺式及反式桂皮酸乙酯(ethyl cinnamate)，龙脑(borneol)，樟烯(cam phene)，3-蒈烯(Δ3-carene)，对-甲氧基苏合香烯(p-methoxystyrene)，还含α-侧柏烯(α-thujene)，α-及β-蒎烯(pinene)，苯甲醛(benzaldehyde)，香桧烯(sabinene)，α及β-水芹烯(phellandrene)，对-聚伞花素(ρ-cymene)，柠檬烯(limonene)，1，8-桉叶素(1,8-cineole) ,4-松油醇(terpin-4-ol)，α-松油醇(α-terpineol)，优葛缕酮(eucarvone)，茴香醛(anisaldehyde)，乙酸龙脑酯(bornyl acetate)，百里香酚(thymol)，α-松油醇乙酸酯(α-terpinyl acetate)，β-榄香烯(β-elemene)，δ-芹子烯(δ-selinene)，十五烷(pentadecane)，γ-荜茄烯(γ-cadinene)，十六烷(hexadecane)，十七烷(heptadecane)，3-(4-甲氧基苯基)-2-甲基-2-丙烯酸[3-(4-methyoxyphenyl)-2-methyl-2-acrylic acid]，5-苯基噻唑(5-phenylthiazole)，3-亚甲基-6-异丙基环忆烯[3-methylene-6-(1-methylethyl)-cyclohexene]，β-松油醇，异龙脑(isoborneol)，2，5，6-三甲癸烷(2,5,6-trimethyldecane)，2，4，6-三甲基辛烷(2,4,6-trimethyloctane)，1a，2，3，4，4a，5，6，7b-八氢化-1，1，4，7-本甲基-1H-环丙[e]奥[1a,2,3,4,4a,5,6,7b-octahydro-1,1,4,7-tetramethyl-1H-cycloprop[e]azulene]，9，12-十八碳二烯醛(9,12-octadecadienal)。又含黄酮类成分：山柰酚(kaempferol)，山柰素(kaempferide)。还含维生素P。
