SCOPE OF THE TEPSO MANUAL Following the aim of the TEPSO Manual@ the desired end state of PSO training and education is to ensure that every individual and unit nominated for a NATO-led PSO meets the operational requirements. AIM OF THE TEPSO MANUAL The aim of the TEPSO Manual is: a. to enhance interoperability by recommending overarching training objectives to contribute to the development of capabilities of personnel and units designated or selected for NATO-led PSOs; b. to harmonise basic procedures; c. to standardise and improve PSO tactics and techniques.
