Forward This volume contains the papers from the First Annual Petroleum Measurement Seminar which was held March 27@ 1979@ at the Sheraton Inn Airport@ San Diego@ California. The Subcommittee on Measurement Education and Training provided a varied program which brought together several different elements encountered in petroleum measurement. This seminar presented view points and progress reports on aspects of metrication and marine measurement.
