PREFACE In 1971@ the first edition of C.I.S.P.R. Publication 10 was issued in order to bring together in one document all matters affecting the organization@ rules and procedures of the C.I.S.P.R. This second edition incorporates the changes necessary in the organization and methods of working of the C.I.S.P.R. resulting from the decision taken at the C.I.S.P.R. Plenary Assembly in West Long Branch (U.S.A.) in 1973@ and in Montreux (Switzerland) in 1975.
