This test method covers the determination of filling capacity of self-consolidating concrete (SCC). The test method is limited to SCC having a nominal maximum size coarse aggregate up to 1 in. (25 mm). This test method can also be used for SCC containing smaller aggregate nominal maximum size. The values stated in either inch-pounds or SI units are to be regarded separately as standard. Within the text@ the SI units are shown in parentheses. The values stated in each system are not exact equivalents; therefore@ each system shall be used independently of the other.
