The present document contains the definition of the Radio Resource LCS Protocol (RRLP) to be used between the Mobile Station (MS) and the Serving Mobile Location Centre(SMLC). Clause 2 defines the functionality of the protocol. Clause 3 describes the message structure@ and clause 4th structure of components. Clause 5 contains the ASN.1 description of the components.
