Purpose and Scope The purpose of this publication is to provide Allied Naval Authorities with information of the NCAGS capabilities@ organisation@ publications and administrative information within NATO nations and NATO nations' dependent territories. It also provides information on the NCAGS organisation of a number of Non-NATO nations that has been supplied on a voluntary basis.
