ESDU 03003 coalesces a number of documents relating to the organisation of the Stress and Strength Series that were previously issued separately. In bringing those documents together@ changes to their contents have been made to make them serve the needs of both the electronic and paper versions of the Series. The document will be kept up to date in the usual manner.
