The present document provides a standard relevant to management of user profiles for personalisation of eHealth systems and services according to users' preferences and needs. Personalization of eHealth systems includes personalization of the eHealth information and interaction. It specifies standardized elements of profiles including information and preferences. Profile aspects within the scope of the present document are: ? those provided for the primary benefit of the end-user; ? those where the end-user has rights to manage the profile contents; ? those where the end-user has the right to have a dialogue with the information owning stakeholder.
