This technical report describes the digital test sequences for the verification of the algorithms specified in ANSI T1.310- Digital Processing of Voice-Band Signals - Algorithms for 5-@ 4-@ 3-@ and 2-bit/sample Embedded Adaptive Differential Pulse Code Modulation. Purpose The purpose of the digital sequences is to exercise the major arithmetic components of an implementation to give a reasonable level of confidence of the compliance of this implementation with this Standard. It should be noted that all states cannot be covered with such a limited number of sequences. Suggestions for increasing the coverage and/or reports of problems encountered during usage of the test sequences should be addressed to the T1 Secretariat.
