BASIS AND SCOPE (JIA USE) This Generic Implementation Guideline may be used by the Industry to document a profile for implementation for UOM applications. The Joint Implementation Agreement (JIA) will document agreed upon goals/objectives between interfacing companies. Particular sections within the document@ which may be used within a JIA@ are noted with ??JIA Use'. Where applicable@ ??JIA Use' is documented at the highest section level identifying that all lower levels may be included within a section through the use of ??italics' the requirements for a particular section may be clarified. All information documented within a JIA is based on an agreement between the Customer and Provider. JIAs are not used in the wireless industry. Schedule updates and change management are handled at an industry level at the OBF Wireless Committee.
