The new CoS indicators will represent: ? Text message to ""911""; ? Call originating from a small@ semi-static wireless cell site; ? Static wireless device at a residential address. Purpose This Addendum enables an MPC and PDE to assign the appropriate CoS indicator when delivering data to a Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP)."
