- This standard specifies the principle, general requirements, test procedures, result analysis and calculation test report of LED module thermal characteristics transient test method composed of single or multiple light-emitting diode (CLED) chips or devices. This standard is applicable to the measurement of thermal characteristics of modules composed of single or multiple LED chips or devices, and modules composed of LED chips or components and other microelectronic components. The measurement of thermal characteristics of other multi-chip or device packaged modules can also be referred to.
