- Scope
- This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels and accompanying documents of elevator IC card devices, as well as packaging, transportation and storage requirements. This standard applies to elevator IC card devices used in passenger elevators and freight elevators. This standard does not apply to identification and authority control systems that are not related to elevator control systems, such as control systems for building entrances and exits.
