This standard specifies the test items and contents, test records and report general requirements for mooring and navigation of internal combustion engine-powered inland waterships. This standard is applicable to the test of common items of civil inland river conventional ships newly built or significantly rebuilt (when applicable) powered by internal combustion engines (diesel and/or natural gas as fuel). For the tests of engineering ships, hovercraft, hydromelt ships and other special ships, special devices and equipment, and ships with a length of less than 20 m, the test program can be prepared according to the provisions of this standard.
