GB/T 39793.2-2020 Basic Methods of Technical Guidelines for Identification and Assessment of Ecological Environmental Damage Part 2: Virtual Water Pollution Control Cost Method

Scope: This standard specifies the applicable situation, working procedures and evaluation methods of the surface water pollution virtual control cost method. This standard applies to situations where the facts of illegal discharge or dumping of waste water or solid waste (including hazardous waste) are clear, but the damage facts are not clear or the scope, degree and amount of damage to the surface water ecological environment cannot be determined at a reasonable cost. This standard does not apply to the identification and assessment of ecological environmental damage that actually occurs in environmental emergencies, where the actual emergency response costs or treatment costs are clear and can be determined through investigation and assessment.
