- This standard specifies the application, design, installation, measurement of displacement correction factor, application of displacement correction factor, marking, quality certificate, packaging and transportation of the combination of safety valve and rupture disc safety device (hereinafter referred to as combination device). This standard is applicable to the series combined structure where the distance from the outlet side of the bursting disc safety device to the inlet side of the safety valve is not more than 5 times the pipe diameter.
