Scope

This part of GB/T 38943 specifies the safety requirements for electrical equipment and components of earth-moving machinery defined in ISO 6165, as well as the safety of operators, technicians, service/maintenance personnel and surrounding personnel. This part is applicable to AC power of all frequencies in the range of 50V~36kV and DC power in the range of 75V~36kV (including pulsating DC power of all repetition rates) for outdoor use. Unless it is stated that it applies only to high-voltage or low-voltage equipment, this section applies to both low-pressure and high-pressure. The voltage inside the device is not the vehicle voltage, so it is not within the scope of this section. Note 1: Special considerations are required for frequencies greater than 30 kHz. If the frequency of use of earth-moving machinery is higher than the frequency cited in the standard, it is the user's responsibility to assess the risks and deal with them appropriately. This section includes all significant hazards, hazardous situations and hazardous events related to the voltage range within the scope of earth-moving machinery when the machine is used as intended or when used under misuse conditions reasonably foreseeable by the manufacturer. This section specifies appropriate technical measures to eliminate or reduce the risks arising from major hazards, hazardous situations or hazardous events that occur during commissioning, operation and maintenance. This section does not apply to machines manufactured before its release date. This part is consistent with GB/T38943.2 and GB/T38943.
