Scope

This part of GB/T 38943 specifies the specific safety requirements for electrical equipment and components of self-propelled (using on-board power supply) electrically driven earth-moving machinery (EMM). This section applies to any frequency of alternating current and direct current within the range of 75V to 36kV with vehicle voltage in the range of 50V~36kV, including machines for outdoor use with pulsating direct current at any repetition rate. The voltage inside the device is not the on-board voltage and therefore is outside the scope of this standard. This Part is used in conjunction with GB/T 38943.1, which specifies the general requirements for earth-moving machinery driven by electricity, regardless of the power supply method.
