Scope

This standard specifies the control requirements, monitoring and supervision management requirements for oil and gas emissions during oil transportation. This standard applies to the oil and gas emission management of existing oil transportation vehicles, as well as the registration of newly produced, imported, sold and newly put into use oil transportation vehicles and the management of oil and gas emissions after use.
