Scope

This standard stipulates the preparation procedure, system composition, comprehensive emergency plan, special emergency plan, on-site disposal plan, main content and appendix information of the production and operation unit production safety accident emergency plan. This standard is applicable to the preparation of emergency plans for production safety accidents (hereinafter referred to as emergency plans) of production and business units. The preparation of emergency plans for nuclear power companies and other social organizations and units can refer to this standard.
